The Value Builder System does try to be a bit clever in some of their labels, but I wanted to use it here so that you are familiar with it when you get your score.
As I mentioned before, strategic planning is my favorite part of exit planning because it’s all about growth, which is fun and invigorates your employees. The book goes deeper, and if you are looking to sell your business you will have to go deeper. But whether you are preparing for your transition or merely focusing on accelerating the value of your business, these are necessary steps.
